1Availability & AFK

Players have a maximum of 10 minutes from the start of the match to join the lobby. If you are not ready within this time, you will be declared forfeit.
If your opponent does not join the lobby within the 10 minutes, you must prove it by providing a screenshot.
In ranked tournaments, the maximum time to join the lobby is reduced to 5 minutes.
If teammates do not arrive in time, the match can continue without them.
Whenever an opponent is AFK during the game, you may eliminate them only once.
A match can only be cancelled if both sides agree.

2Disconnections

Whenever a player goes AFK or disconnects during the game, the game can be paused for a maximum of 6 minutes. After this period, the match must resume or the absent player will be declared forfeit.
This 6-minute period is cumulative for each team. A player or teammate may leave several times, as long as the total time does not exceed 6 minutes. Once the 6 minutes are up, the match must resume or the absent player will be declared forfeit.
To prevent the siphon from going to the opponents, you may not respawn during a round.
If a team member leaves during a round, the round must continue without them and will count.
If a team member leaves before a round starts, the game is paused.

3Bugs & glitch exploits

If a bug occurs during a round and negatively affects one of the players, the round does not count. If needed, you can restart the game to fix the bug, but you must resume with the current score.
Anyone exploiting a bug to their advantage will be sanctioned.
Game crashes and other system errors are not considered bugs, but an AFK or disconnection situation.

4Lobby & map rules

The match must be played on the region and map indicated.
The host must play on Team 1 and the opponents on Team 2. Rounds credited to the wrong team still count.
If the wrong map is used, you must restart on the correct map with the current score.
Kicking your opponent from the party during the game results in the loss of a round.
All rounds or matches played with the wrong game or host settings remain valid and will count.
When the No Simple Edit option is selected, if a team member uses Simple Edit, their team automatically loses the entire match.

5Miscellaneous

Spectators are not allowed. If a round is played with a spectator, the spectator must be removed and the team that did not invite them is awarded a round.
Trash talk is allowed. However, any form of racism, homophobia or hate speech will result in a suspension from the platform. The win will go to the user who won the match.
You must not try to deceive your opponent by lying about the match rules for your own benefit.
Staff will take the context into account and make the appropriate decisions, including awarding rounds or deciding the overall winner. This may cover time wasting, repeated disconnections for no reason, unsportsmanlike behaviour, etc.
Staff decisions are final and must be respected.

6Reporting an opponent

If you are sure your opponent broke the rules, you must stop playing immediately and report your opponent.
If you are unsure, finish the match and report it once the game is over.

7Results, disputes & sanctions

If you claim a win, your opponent has 15 minutes (5 for VIP) to answer — the timer never starts before 3 minutes after the match is locked. No answer = the win is validated. If both sides claim the win, send proof: a moderator decides. A dispute or report nobody handles within 24 hours is cancelled and everyone is refunded.
Teams: a defeat only counts when every player of the team who staked coins confirms it.
Tournaments: if only one player is ready 5 minutes after the match opens, the absent player loses by forfeit. If nobody is ready after 8 minutes, a draw decides. One account per person (same Discord or Epic = refused).
Cancellations: an open match nobody joins within 30 minutes is cancelled and refunded.
Sanctions: 3 warnings = 7-day ban. Cheating, fraud, multi-accounts, chargebacks or ban evasion = permanent ban and the balance can be withheld. Appeals: open a ticket on Discord within 14 days.
